About Earsham Street B & B Bungay

This pretty Grade ll listed bed and breakfast, complete with many of the original features, is perfect for a romantic getaway in the beautiful Waveney Valley in Suffolk.

The double bedroom is decorated with vintage furniture and furnishings and boasts a stunning fireplace. It is accessed via a small staircase to a private landing and has its own bathroom complete with bath, shower, basin and toilet.

There is no TV but there is WiFi. There is a small patio courtyard garden which when the weather is fine guests are welcome to use. It is also possible to use this area to store cycles

Breakfast is serve in the dining area which gusts can also use for sitting in and relaxing. As much as possible we use local ingredients for breakfast. Eggs Bacon and Sausages are from a local farm, milk and butter from Fen Farm Dairy famous for making the Baron Bigod Cheese and St Jude. Our bread comes from a local artisan baker.

We also serve a continental breakfast for those who prefer it. (Please let us know if you have any food allergies and we will do our best to cater for this).

It is very short walk to the shops and restaurants in this market town of Bungay and very close to Bungay Castle and the Fisher Theatre, two must-see attractions. The countryside of the Waveney Valley invites walkers in, there are many trails to take and the lovely River Waveney to enjoy, perhaps hire a day boat to explore in lazy waters.
