About Church Farm B&B - Bury St Edmunds
Church Farm B&B is a truly charming home from home with a wealth of historic features, creature comforts and delicious home-cooked food, all conveniently located in a traditional Suffolk hamlet.
Set on a working fruit farm, our 18th Century flint farmhouse is in the village of Bradfield Combust - a small village with a beautiful little church next door, and with a local pub serving good food and local beers 50 yards down the road.
"Our third stay, and definitely not our last"…"Luxurious room, lovely extras"…"Superb breakfast"… "When working in the area I never consider staying anywhere else"…"A beautiful home, full of history and style"
Above all, at Church Farm we give you the warmest of welcomes - plus the space, comfort and privacy to do your own thing, whether relaxing after a day at work or a day exploring the colourful history of Suffolk and its picturesque market towns.
Church Farm is a family home offering a homely and relaxing place to stay. Our guest facilities are spacious, tastefully furnished, and include those little touches of luxury - think goose down quilts, egyptian cotton and bespoke bath oils upstairs.
Downstairs, relax in a cosy private sitting room in front of a real log fire, or do a little correspondence from the desk (with wireless internet access) or even just lounge in the airy guests' breakfast room.
We like to greet our guests with freshly baked cakes, scones and home-made jam for afternoon tea.
In the morning, we will set you up for the day with a breakfast that includes seasonal home grown fruit, fresh bread, local sausages and bacon from Gloucester old spot pigs, and new laid eggs cooked to order on our Aga, all served in your private breakfast room.
Our beds are made up with the softest goose down and feather duvets on crisp Egyptian cotton sheets. The rooms have their own TV and radio players, with hot drink facilities including a variety of teas and other hot drinks with fresh milk. In the bathrooms, we provide our guests with luxurious soaps, hand made for Church Farm by The Natural Soap Company in Wells next the Sea, Norfolk.
