HISTORY

The conversion of Kimberley Cottage from a redundant agricultural building, probably dating back nearly 200 years, was the second phase of the restoration of the buildings on the site.

Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, London and the coast are within easy reach. Shops, major banks, post office, petrol stations, cinema, churches, leisure centre, rural life museum and main line railway station are available in
Stowmarket.

FACILITIES

Heating is by fully automatic storage heaters and there is a wood burning stove in the dining room/lounge. The kitchen is fitted out with units and tiled worksurfaces and contains a ceramic hob cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave oven. Colour television, video, radio, cot, high chair are provided and these is a television in each bedroom. The double glazed windows, insulated floors, walls and ceilings help to maintain a comfortably warm environment.

From the entrance hall access is gained to the kitchen, dining room / lounge and bathroom with WC. Upstairs from the hall and off the landing there are three bedrooms (1 double with en suite shower room & WC, 1 twin and 1 bunk - providing a total of 6 bedspaces) and a shower room & WC
