The Golden Key is a relaxed style dining pub dating back to the 1600's, situated in the village of Snape it offers a a relaxed atmosphere combined with exceptional service and traditional pub dishes using local produce wherever possible.

Offering two comfortable ensuite bed and breakfast rooms, including one dog friendly room, it the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coast and countryside with Aldeburgh, Orford, Framlingham and Woodbridge all within easy reach. Our location close to Snape Malting also makes us the ideal place to stay if taking in a concert or music festival at the famous concert hall.

The scrumptious Golden Key breakfast, which is included in the price, includes a choice of cereals, yoghurts, toast, scrambled or poached eggs with ham or smoked salmon, smashed avocado on sourdough or a hearty Suffolk breakfast with outdoor-reared local sausages and bacon

Alex and Oliver took over The Golden Key in July 2017 and have made the most of the pubs character with its beams, open fires and many quirky details this together with the fabulous food and wide choice of beverages make it the ideal place to visit or stay at anytime of the year.
