Springlake Leisure is located in the village of Barnby just off the A146 between the City of Norwich and East Anglia's most easterly seaside town of Lowestoft.

Specially made in Finland and built to our own specification each apartment is fully equipped for your self catering and independent holiday.

However you spend your days at Spring lake, you are sure to enjoy the surroundings. Over 5 acres of private grounds provide plenty of opportunity for walkers, artists, and the wildlife enthusiast.

Depending on when you visit you might well see otter, deer, perhaps a kingfisher or one of our nesting owls. It really is a wildlife haven

For this season we are having an outdoor covered area with a pool table and three-quarter snooker table, also we have a couple of canoes for hire for fun in the sun.

Fishing in the lake is exclusive to our guests, and the heated indoor pool and large games room with snooker, table tennis and table football are available for guests to enjoy at the owners discretion.

We have transformed our greenhouse into an indoor oasis filled with tropical plants, a koi pond and free flying love birds, canaries, fiches and java sparrows. It’s sure to relax you at any time of year and whatever the weather!

You can spend your whole visit just enjoying the grounds and the facilities, and a warm welcome is extended to families, couples and groups. Also make a great base from which to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk including the Broads.
