Founded in 1902, Stowmarket Golf Club is a pretty parkland course set in the quiet and peaceful Suffolk countryside with much wildlife and lovely views. The renowned high quality greens and varied holes suit both high and low handicappers looking for a challenging yet rewarding game on a well maintained layout with excellent practice and grass driving area facilities.

Stowmarket Golf Club is a well run and successful private members club whose policy is to invest in its course and facilities. Recent investment has seen major improvements in course drainage along with enlargement of various tees, thus enabling Stowmarket to remain open throughout most of the year. Construction of a 2 million gallon reservoir also allows watering even in the driest of summers.

We offer recently refurbished modern changing facilities incorporating new locker rooms and shower areas.
Smart Golf clothing should be worn at all times on the course, and smart casual wear inside the club house.

Known for its warm and friendly atmosphere, Stowmarket Golf Club welcomes visitors and societies.
